It was a beautiful day for a beautiful couple! Just a few weeks ago Becca and Brandon tied the knot in Des Moines, Iowa before heading off to live in wonderful Minnesota :)  The wedding was filled with laughter, love and great memories. I feel so blessed to have been a part of their special day!

Flower Baby

Isn't little Sophia Anne just is so precious? Her sweet smiles and big bright eyes light up the camera! The morning of her session the studio was really cold so I left the space heater on for a while to warm it up. Turned out to be too much heat and Sophia, me, and her mommy were all very warm. Oops! But I think we got some pretty sweet shots anyway! I'll make sure to have it nice and cool for her 6 month photos :)

love and laugh

Armitra and Dedrick were such an awesome couple! Throughout the entire engagement session I could tell that they were truly in love. They laughed together and played and made jokes... they had so much fun and that made me have fun! Their wedding is going to be in Arkansas later this year... not in the summer heat! Best of luck guys!

Meet the Walck Family

Meet the Walck family! Six week old Ethan was such a sweetheart in this session.  His tummy was upset for part of our shoot but by looking at these sweet photos you'd never know it :)

My Mattea

This family shoot has definitely been one of my favorites this spring. Mattea's Mom and I have been friends since way before she was around...  "MY Tayah" (as I call her) is now 2 years old! I can't believe how time flys! I feel so blessed to be a part of this family's life. They are so loving and full of laughter!  Spending time with them is such a joy... I wish I was able to do so more often.

  My favorite moment of this session was when I asked Mattea to smile at me and she turned, without smiling, and moved both her hands up to her chest and flipped them upside down and back... I was confused while Adam and Naomi laughed and they told me that she was using sign language to tell me "all done". Such a turkey!
